Being woken up disturbed at all hours day and night by your upstairs neighbors was a bit much. Maintenance had even heard it when doing a repair and reported it to management. Nothing was ever resolved. When moving out they tried to charge for damage that wasn’t there and wasn’t noted on the move out inspection. I did speak with a lawyer and they amazingly dropped the charges they were trying to say we owed. Let’s see if this review actually stays up though.

Units are very clean when moved in and have stayed clean. Walls are pretty thick so you can’t hear the neighbors. Just the upstairs when they’re jumping around.

Five stars for everything so far except the parking arrangement. The non-carport reserved parking needs to be re-thought for loading and unloading i.e. dump one of the reserved spots for loading and unloading in the corners of the property .

Maintenance is AMAZING I honestly can't praise them enough, quick responses, absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, etc.. The only complaints I have are our upstairs neighbors can be obnoxiously loud in their walking and usually it is late at night between 11pm-2am. But that's not the properties fault Also, it is a little on the spendy side, but with all of the amenities it does balance out. The office staff have been wonderful and very very helpful.

My unit was wayyy nicer than I originally thought. I love the lay-out and the high ceilings. I am very short so it’s kind of tough to utilize some of the high up storage but that’s what stools are for

The grounds were well kept and the maintenance team was always readily available if I had any issues I had minimal . Staff was very pleasant and made the move in Move out process super easy. Can’t recommend this place enough. Would have never of left if it wasn’t for a job change to a different state. Best, Keltin

The microwave and stove as well. We constantly are having breakers issues. I don’t think this unit was well inspected prior to renting to us.
